Emergency care with hospitalization and nursing care
24 Hrs emergency by appointment Mon-Sun 8.00am to 8.00 pm, Veterinarian Hrs Mon-Sat, Morning 9.00am-12.00am, Afternoon 1.00pm-6.00pm. Wherever possible patients are discharged on the same day as their operation, as we feel most pets recover more quickly, and are happier in their home environment. However, after major surgery, or in acutely ill patients, hospitalization sometimes may be necessary. All our patients are housed in modern, comfortable, hygienic cages and are cared for by our dedicated nursing team during their stay. We encourage owners to visit patients who are hospitalized for longer periods of time. This can be arranged with the duty nurse.

Dental care
Just as we clean our own teeth daily, our pet's teeth also require regular attention. They suffer from plaque, caries and periodontal disease. Bad breath is often a sign of dental problems. Research has shown that by the age of 3 -4 years 60% of both cats and dogs have a problem with their teeth. We routinely examine mouths at every consultation and have a wide range of products especially designed to maintain good dental care for your pet. In some cases teeth may need de-scaling and polishing, which can easily be arranged and will leave teeth clean and breath fresh!

Vaccination and preventive health care
Such as vaccinations against major infectious diseases combined with the all important annual "MOT" to find any problems before they become serious. We keep up to date with the latest research and scientific opinions to provide the most effective vaccinations at the correct time.

Behavior counseling
When animal training and behavior problems arise, our staff can advise you in the areas of obedience and training. When necessary, we can also refer you to specialists in these areas .

Full surgery
Our clinic maintains a surgical facility with state of the art equipment and instrumentation. This enables our staff to provide the best in surgical care. We also offer in-house blood testing to be sure your pet can safely handle anesthesia before we begin the surgery. We use isoflurane anesthesia which is a gas anesthetic used in human hospitals and is considered the safest anesthetic available. We also utilize Propofol anesthesia, which is an injectable anesthetic and is extremely? safe for our site-hound friends as well as our elderly patients in need of a surgical procedure. Your pet is always monitored before, during and after surgery by one of our highly trained veterinary technicians.

Dietary advice
Such as weight-loss programs, how to feed puppies for their optimum growth and the best way to feed the elderly pet. Feeding animals according to their "life stage"
and according to any particular condition they may have can greatly enhance their welfare, happiness and lifespan.

Home visit
In most circumstances we recommend that all pets are brought to the surgery where we have all the facilities and equipment to deal with any medical or surgical eventuality. However, in some cases, a home visit may be appropriate and this can be arranged by phone or email.
